The Caya mailbox is the address for your letters to be digitised. You can, for example, pass on your Caya mailbox as a recipient address or redirect mail to it using a forwarding order. Important: This is purely a postal address and not a summons address.
On request, we can set up forwarding orders with Deutsche Post AG for you.
For customers from the greater Berlin area, we can set up forwarding orders with PIN Mail AG for you on request.
Your documents are stored in the short-term archive for 90 days. During this time, you can request the documents you wish to protect from destruction. Depending on the plan, you can choose between immediate or collective dispatch.

After booking, you have immediate access to the Caya Document Cockpit. You can invite team members and upload your first documents.
If you use Caya to digitise your mail, we will take care of setting up your forwarding order. After a few days, your mail will no longer be delivered to you locally by the postal companies, but to one of our scanning centres. We then scan your mail on a daily basis and make it available to you in your Caya Document Cockpit. You will of course be notified of new mail by e-mail and/or push notification.
The first step is to choose a plan. Our plans for business customers differ in terms of the range of functions, the number of employees that can be added and the security and compliance standards.
In the second step, you select your mail volume - if you also want CAYA to digitise your letter mail.
Your monthly price is calculated from this combination and displayed to you before you book.
If you are unsure how much mail you receive each month, we recommend that you start with a lower volume. If you receive more mail than is included in your rate, we will charge you for each additional letter in accordance with our List of Prices & Services.

With all our plans, you can choose between an annual subscription and a monthly subscription. Invoicing and payment are monthly for both options. With a monthly subscription, the plan is automatically extended by a further month, with an annual subscription by a further 12 months. Cancellation is possible for both plan variants up to 31 days before the end of the contract term.
User refers to the number of accesses to the Caya Document Cockpit. One user is included in each plan. Additional users can be added for a fee, depending on the plan.
Recipient, on the other hand, refers to persons or companies who receive their mail via Caya. Our business customer plans always include an unlimited number of recipients.
Example:
A company counts as one recipient, but can add several employees as users to the Caya account so that they all have access to daily mail.
In the Caya Document Cockpit you can not only receive your mail (letters), but also upload documents yourself, import them via email or synchronise your email inbox. The number of documents in your Caya account is made up of the number of letters received and documents uploaded/imported.
